Days at the Morisaki Bookshop

Review by Littlemissreporter

Days at the Morisaki Bookshop

This book was a short read but extremely enjoyable. Kind of made me realize how important it is to be a part of a good community and have relationships that are meaningful and help you evolve in better ways. The author introduces us in the first half to a woman who is dumped by her boyfriend and hence falls into depression, while the second half focuses on her uncle who's bookshop she decides to work at. It was an okay read and maybe I was initially attracted to the idea of books and bookshop but i did indeed stay for the suble underlying message.
