A statement that the complaint is in good faith.

We will remove infringing content upon a valid complaint and notify the uploader. Repeat infringement may lead to account termination.

11. Content Moderation and Reporting

Users may report content that violates these Terms. Our moderation team will review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts as necessary. We strive to address issues promptly during normal business hours.

12. Data Privacy

13. Community Features

Participation in activities like reading challenges, book clubs, and discussion forums requires adhering to specific guidelines designed to promote a positive experience for all users.

14. Intellectual Property

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license (limited solely to operating, marketing, and improving the Service) to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
