This read like a drarry fanfic in the best way. Enemies-to-lovers. Very YA with a lot of bickering, awkwardness and drama with little to no on page sex (I think.)

I really like how the story takes time to build up the romantic tension before resolving it in a very satisfying fashion.

Was it actually adapted from a fanfic? It really looks like it could have been

@Dove  I think this series started off as a stand-in for the HP books in another of the author’s books (Fangirl) which would explain the similar vibe?   (also i feel like I’ve either read or heard about Fangirl ages ago because all of this sounded vaguely familiar)
