Apr 30, 20173.5 Stars. Rounded up because good dads in romance are one of my biggest weaknesses.
There was more Drew and Drew sucks, there was less Gavin and Gavin was the best thing about the first one. The lack of communication was frustrating, but Carter's repeated failed attempts to ask Claire to marry him were hilarious. There were moments, like in the first one, where the comedy felt forced and the characters like cardboard cutouts. But it was cute. Not the best romance I've read, but also far from the worst.
