May 22the main relationship was engaging, the truffles, too. i liked the emotional depth and reflections the author provided for both mcs.
however, some of the ending seemed a bit overdone (dramatic) and unnecessary the whole last minute act involving Moore , and the plot lost me a little thereon-out; olivia deciding to try to talk to Bertram's
wife baffled me well. the logic lacked.
(technical qualm) the punctuation in was also surprisingly distracting and the grammar felt overcomplicated, and i'm not sure it was totally correct.
